"I toured the Childtime location on Meadowbrook and the director Ms. Cynthia was very honest and I had a lot of questions. She was very kind and didn’t get annoyed with my questions she answered them all and really made me feel at ease about leaving my children in her care. I also asked about the other location on Morrison and she told me the director over there use to be the director at her center and she was a very nice lady and they have a beautiful facility. She even called to see if I could go tour and if there was availability for my 3 children! That location is closer to my house but when I went to tour it was very nice and true to everything Ms. Cynthia told me! I was going to place my children there but the vibe was not right to me with the staff. I didn’t feel the same welcoming spirit that Ms. Cynthia gave and even when I was telling them bye and have a great day I was ignored and my questions weren't answered in the same aspect or elaborated upon. In the end I went home and thought about which location I wanted to go to and I ultimately chose the one on Meadowbrook!! Im so happy I made that decision!! The director called me from Morrison and asked me why I choose the other location which was very weird and rude because I have the option to choose whichever daycare I want for my children especially if im the one paying the fees!! I definitely felt like it was unprofessional and it just made it even more clear to me that I choose the right location for my children!!

"Teachers and the directors there are very sincere and you can tell they care about the children. I have seen a couple bad teachers pass through and thank goodness my children did not have them, but those teachers did not last long. Other then that I like how they treat all kids equally and when there are other students that needs special attention, the teachers or directors will make sure they are given that."
