"I'm aware of staff shortage, but the rotation of teachers within the school is not ideal for my child who I feel would be more comfortable with consistency. Some teachers are much more nurturing than others, some engage more than others with the kids and some seem not not engage much at all."

"Only daycare center I know that will have an outbreak of COVID, Influenza-A, stomach bug and etc and don’t alert any parents or staff. The director there is rude & constantly tells the children to get out of her face. She has open arguments with staff in front of the children & barely knows her job. They’ll do anything to fill up a classroom that is understaffed . Don’t send your kids here unless you want them with new sicknesses every other day & probably mistreated. & they never change diapers on time. On top of their definition of “deep cleaning” is spraying half the kids toys with a water bottle with diluted bleach that gets shook in a woven basket. The turn over rate for kids and staff is outrageous. "

"Everyone at the school has been exceptional. However I think most of the issues can be addressed from a corporate level. Closure due to frozen pipes and hvac issues. I expect the corporate offices to give more support to the individual locations to resolve issues quickly. Another issue is staff turnover. Corporate office should be better supporting individual locations. Especially assuming that corporate levels dictate cost increases (which we’ve seen lately). As you can imagine; we are entrusting our babies to these wonderful teachers. Turnover is painful as we go from having someone we trust to a complete stranger. I would like to know the staff are being cared for in return."

"The staff has been amazing and resilient through all the COVID issues. They take the time with all the kids and treat them as if they were their own kids. Front staff is friendly upon arrival and always willing to answer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner."

"The initial response to COVID by your corporate office was distasteful. The vacation policy is not satisfactory and does not mirror many other childcare centers in the area. I am very happy with how the team is managing the pandemic on a day-to-day basis. I’d like to see more communication with teachers working directly with our children. It was difficult for our child to transition to a new classroom during the pandemic and we were never offered the opportunity to officially meet their new teachers. Prior to the pandemic the team did a great job engaging with parents during pickup and drop off and communicating concerns/successes regularly."
