"I’ve always loved the teachers, from twos to prek. Recently, that has changed and teachers seem overwhelmed and frustrated and it interferes with their interaction with the kids. They seem annoyed with the children most of the time. High teacher turnover rate is frustrating for kids and parents and I’m sure staff. Learning activities have always been great and my kids have learned a lot, I just wish the environment was a little better."

"I have loved Childtime Fairborn up until their recent dismissal of long-time director Miss Jessica. Ever since her departure I have seen a decline in cleanliness, quality and the overall atmosphere of the center. It feels sterile, tense, and no longer feels like home. The veteran teachers are still amazing, but Miss Jessica was the secret sauce that gave me the security to keep bringing my child to Childtime for the last 8 years. My child will be aging out of Childtime soon anyway, but if he weren't, I'd be considering other options for the first time in many years."

"Overall, both mine and my child’s experience is great. Teachers and most staff are friendly. Ms. Mahogoni and Ms. Victoria are excellent. I fully trust them with my child because I know my child will be cared for, and respected. I have seen growth within my child and I know credit is due to them for this. My only complaint is cleanliness. The lobby carpet usually looks like it needs cleaned, student bathroom could use an update or deep clean. The outside of the building also needs some upkeep. These issues are a suggestion and just an observation. As far as how well the school is ran, I have no complaints."

Shout Out to pre K ladies you rock both boys you have had adore you and have gained so much knowledge because of you two, you work hard and it shows! School age my boys have a blast I love the silly stories you guys have at pick up. My boys spend majority of the day at school or I'm sure I would have way more! We love the childtime crew and appreciate everything they do!!"

"Honestly some inconsistency about policies. I was told we HAVE to use their diaper program but I see other children use their own when I am in the room. I was told my child had to wear shoes to move up, but next room kids regularly run around with no socks or shoes. Just an example."

"I can not express how pleased we have been with our experience at Childtime. The teachers and staff really go above and beyond and it’s obvious how much they care for all their students. Both of my kids love going to daycare here!"

"Teachers and directors are excellent! Always very friendly and willing to assist with any questions or issues we may have. Cleanliness is my biggest concern in kid's bathrooms. I have expressed concern a few times about bleach being on my child's clothes, this issue has seemed to stop. When I asked for my child to be monitored after using the restroom, I received a quick and acceptable response."

I my opinion Mrs. Emile Mayer and Ms. Jalisa Owens has been a positive influence on my grandson development. The whole Childtime facility has bought into the big picture of providing a quality education and safe environment. "I love this school. We moved from base daycare to hear because I have more faith and trust in childtime than another school. My only complaint is that the playgrounds could be cleaned up better. We’ve experienced issues with bees that are thought to be around the equipment."

"Teachers are very caring and interactive in the infant room. My kid is just as excited to see his teachers everyday as he is to see us! I feel very comfortable leaving him in their care and that is huge for a mom!"

"This place has a lot of potential, with the apps provided and my interaction with the staff in direct care of my child. I find there is some curious book keeping and upcharges in just the few months I have been there."
