"Overall this school has been great for my daughter. She’s come a long way from being a shy, clingy, housebound “COVID-baby. I definitely believe this school has been very beneficial to her development, both socially and academically. Very grateful the staff and what they’ve done for my child."

"Staff of director and assistant director are great, friendly, and helpful. Some teachers do not communicate at pick up and drop off or greet parents on the hallways. Not enough updates of photos or videos throughout the week. At times my child has shoes on the wrong feet or clothes are not fully buttoned or on."

"We have had a very positive experience. We have seen the school improve under Ms Bethanie and Ms Bianca’s leadership. We appreciate the diversity and celebration of diversity represented in the students families teachers AND leadership. We feel like our children are valued and special. Our older child has multiple allergies and the school has not once messed any of his meals, always proactive about contacting us regarding any questions. Although it is expensive we feel it is good value for the money."

"Overall a good experience. School age can be a bit chaotic and my child sometimes struggles with anxiety in this situation, but this is brief and she tells me she enjoys it. Toddler potty training/diaper changes are inconsistent - there were a few weeks this summer when he was covered in **** at pickup time requiring an outfit change and no one had noticed, but this has since resolved with an extra diaper change at end of day, teachers were compassionate and responsive to this concern. The child to teacher ratio in the 2-3 year age range makes potty training, hand washing, etc likely more of a challenge, ideally ratio would be smaller."

"Such a warm atmosphere. The kids love it, I feel their need to be boys is very well understood by their teacher. The director helped us out a lot, when our regular daycare got closed due to licensing issues. We are very grateful and happy at this school. The only reason we are leaving is that we are skipping before and after care completely in the near future. But we will definitely come back if ever needed"

"Would give zero stars if I could. My daughter was assaulted by her teacher, which her mom was actually able to see (fortunately)on camera through the app that they provide to let one see what their child is up to during the day. Her mother (my wife) immediately reached out to the director to report what happened. She was told that follow up to us regarding next steps would be done later that day, to which there was none. Also the daycare did not pickup our calls back to the center that afternoon (which never happened before this incident). After some back and forth, her mother and I finally confronted the director via telephone the next day. She assured us that it would definitely be a safe environment to bring our daughter back to daycare the following day so she can see and play with her friends. My wife (with extreme trepidation) showed faith in the school by returning our daughter to daycare the next morning (thinking that the teacher would at least be suspended/relocated during investigation, and my assurances to her that the director would not put our daughter in harms way), only to walk in on the teacher that assaulted my child, openly discussing the incident with another co-worker. I thank God it was my wife (her mother) that took our daughter to the center that day, as I would not have been able to control my anger when confronting the teacher to see why she felt justified to put her hands on our daughter. My wife removed our daughter immediately from the school, and after repeat phone calls and emails, my wife and I was finally able to have a conversation with the director and her supervisor (via tele-conference, during which they informed us that the investigation had concluded the day prior, without informing us, that the teacher was ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE CENTER. The worst part about this is that our daughter (who misses her friends dearly)has attended this place since she was an infant (her previous center closed due to COVID). We felt like our daughter was truly loved and safe, only for it to end abruptly with the feeling that we were led on this entire time. Who knows how long she’s been abused, thankfully my wife was able to catch it that day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hoping that this doesn’t happen to no one else."

"It was a nice daycare and my son was going there for over a year until the manager Candace started to have an affair with my husband. Mind you she would see me everyday to pick up my son and would look me dead in the face when the whole time she was sleeping with my husband. She got nothing out of it but embarrassment and a bad rep at her place of employment. I wonder if im the first family she done this to. Ladies be careful with your men. Btw she started texting his phone first. I did report her and showed management proof of the affair she had with my husband. She is an example of a desperate thirsty women. What was even worse. She had already comminuted to her colleagues that she was having a affair it was extremely messy.

Unfortunately due to this, I had to remove my son from the day care. I was offered to place him at a sister location of there’s La Petite due to the fact that she would not be terminated for the incident. I was in the process of the transfer but at the last minute I placed him somewhere else just to have a completely fresh start. Lucky for me, I don’t have to worry about that experience happening again because I’m currently going through a divorce. "

"Everyone is amazing. The directors and staff genuinely care about each child. I know that when my daughter is there she is ok and with people who care about her well being."

"my child loves this school . She pretends she is her teacher and does circle time with her stuffed animals. This shows me that she is really taking in what is happening in the class and the positive affect her teacher is having on her. She tells me about her day and what she learns everyday ."

"The school used to have great teachers. There is nothing great about this CHILDTIME facility. You are not greeted in the mornings and they do not pass down anything as you pick your child at the end of the day. You stand in the lobby and see teachers pass by and they do not speak or acknowledge you. Please! bring back the good teachers."

"We really like the staffs there prior to COVID. They were professional and attentive and they care about the children. They were presentable (no long nails and no strong perfume). Now, the quality care and attentiveness is not there. And the price increased to over $500 per week. We are willing to pay the price if it was for a quality professional care. But this is far from quality. There is a lack of engagement. We love the primary teacher, but if they go on vacation or is out, my kiddo will be miserable (just like the past week when his teacher was out) and the room become a mess. This is hard to watch to see this center going down."
