"This is our child’s first daycare experience. We were originally more comfortable with her being here because of the live video. As a first time mom back to work, I checked in several times a day. Our child has enjoyed the staff and made friends with peers. There’s been more consistency in the staff than a lot of centers which has allowed our child to make relationships. She often smiles when seeing her regular staff members. We appreciate the regular communication from staff via app and at drop off/pick up. Our only challenge has been getting her in an age appropriate setting. There was a period where she was switching classrooms frequently and we were worried about the transition. We spoke with the director and there was an immediate change that allowed her more consistency which we appreciate. We would like to see her be with her own age group with developmentally appropriate activities as more staff is added"
