"When we decided to transfer our son to this location(Columbia MD), we did not check other schools because our experience at child time, located in Yorktown, Virginia, was excellent. We thought the experience would be the same, but we did not experience what we thought we would. Just what happened today is that I was supposed to have a virtual conference call with my son's teacher from 1:00 pm-1:20 pm; I sent an email and text via the bright weel app. Unfortunately, nobody replayed back, the text was sent at 1:03 pm, and right now, it is 1:50 pm. This would have been a better time to discuss the progress of my son."

"Teachers generally seem engaged and enthusiastic, but high turnover among the preschool and school age staff is a problem. Additionally, we have had multiple safety-related issues relating to hazardous things not being properly secured."

"We were originally enrolled at the CDC on a military base but due to covid they shut down. So we chose to come to this child care facility. Now that the CDC has reopened and invited our child to return, we declined and will be keeping our child here. The CDC is a 6 min drive from our home, child time Columbia is 22 min away. That tells you everything you need to know as far as our level of satisfaction with this child care facility"

"We are overall very happy with the school. My son is very happy there. It is a bit expensive. Also, they offer additional learning experiences for the younger ages, such as yoga and Spanish classes. I feel for the amount of money you are spending, these learning experiences should be included in the fee....not additional."

"It’s expensive for just “babysitting” but it’s a safe place for the kids. No real outdoor play space is disappointing."
