"The new director never introduced her self and hides in the office the whole time. Constant rumors start with staff about me and my family including the lead teacher and nothing was done. Constant plumbing issues in the school"

"It’s been wonderful. I was very nervous to send my child to daycare but the staff and teachers have been so kind and welcoming. They genuinely care for my child and in a short time my child has really begun to enjoy going each day."

"We have had a great experience so far. Although our newest concern is that after watching the live stream, we have noticed that the area that parents drop off their kids in the classroom is also a high traffic area that the kids will crawl on as well. I’m not sure if we just miss it, but I think cleaning that area throughout the day or having some sort of sanitary procedure in place would be a great way to decrease the amount of germs that get tracked in through everyone’s shoes. Secondly, we have concern that the teachers are not practicing good hand hygiene prior to meal times. Like I said, we could just not be seeing it, but on our end it looks like hand hygiene could improve."
