"We have had great experiences in the earlier aged classrooms. We love the staff and her previous teachers. She was always happy and was continuously learning new things. We are having major issues with her current classroom and the situation is not improving and considering leaving because of it."

"Generally, I have had a great experience. Shannon has been really helpful and extremely lenient with my family- due to late tuition payments when we started and then when my child's father would pay late. Any concerns I expressed she would seemingly validate and handle appropriately. However, in the last few months, although we have spoken about the swim diaper matter and diaper change logs, I do not feel as if I received the response that a parent would deem sufficient. I felt kind of brushed off and as if my trust had been broken. This is difficult for me as I am the only one who can truly advocate for my child, I never want to make anyone's life more difficult."

"7/10 kinda seems like they have many kids per teacher and nurse could tell you if a nurse has 35 patients that care isn’t going to be as good if they have 15 or less and I feel that sometimes will say any update on potty training but not notice her shoes are ion the wrong feet"

"My general experience at this school was completely horrible. I’ve seen my daughter get hurt, bit, a foot being mushed into her face when I’ve come to pick her up. I’ve tried to express my concerns with the director and we get told we are in the wrong, all we do is complain etc. I’ve never met a director that is so rude and thinks they are better than anyone else. I’ve never seen the director anywhere in the school except behind her desk on her phone. I will never recommend anyone to go to this school. It’s under staffed and they can’t even pass a simple cleanliness inspection. My daughter’s teacher was extremely rude. Never said anything to me but would always address my child as we left the room. I’ve never been so unpleased with a school for children in my life. I was always concerned about my daughter’s safety from the minute she was there to the minute she was picked up. I would be extremely happy is this school was shut down."

"Honestly, there have been teacher that I love, but they always end up leaving the school. The turn over is so high that I don’t feel like I can form a relationship with the teachers. The review I read of the school was “this is a good babysitter, but not much more,” and I feel like this is still accurate. This was the most affordable daycare that had openings in my area, but after picking up my daughter many times covered in snot and dirt, I would not think twice about switching daycares regardless of the price when available."
