There are days we don't get updates in the app, which is unfortunate since our son is currently having issues with naptime and taking bottles, but I know the staff is doing the best they can. And I genuinely believe everyone is working hard to keep the kids cared for and safe and helping them grow."

I have never seen his new classroom which would be nice. Ms Jackie is also great. And Ms Marcia. The new director is very talkative and I love it. The special take home projects are great! "When we started in June 2021, the administrative tasks and paperwork aspects were really quite disorganized. Our completed documents were lost or not accessible by the right people. Administrative things and communication have improved dramatically with the previous director leaving and Ms. Jackie taking over. We love how Ms. Jackie is running things. She's organized communicative and gets things done in a very timely manner. We hope if Childtime chooses to hire a director from outside it is with someone, as open and helpful as Ms. Jackie, but really we love how things have gone since Ms. Jackie has been in charge."

"Miss Aliyah is simply the best and most friendly person to greet us in the morning. The other teachers are warm and engaged, as well. My wife and I could not be more happy our child is with such a caring team every day. The staff have been communicative and supportive from day one. To us, there is no safer and more prepared learning center/daycare in the Cincinnati area."

"I loved appreciation week and school photos. Even for infant room. Tonnisha and Aaliyah are simple amazing. I can tell them concerns and all and they always love my baby when he comes to school. The way he reaches for them and smiles I know he loves them. I wish a fever didn’t mean he had to miss 24 since it’s so hard got his father and I since we have no family at all here. I’m happy the school is concerned but I wish we could just monitor the fever until the next day. One thing also… the school contacted me when my son went into the hospital to ask about him and I was just amazed. I never expected that level of concern and it was there. I choose this place because when we were looking this was the only place we walked in and felt welcomed and were spoken to by each person who worked there’s I definitely tell everyone about you!"
