We just feel like for the money we’re paying that the classroom ratios are way too high, our child is being pushed to the side, there isn’t a big enough focus on actual learning over chaotic play, and there are too many incidents caused by the same children with nothing actually being done about it."

"It’s been multiple incidents that has made me question their motives, integrity, and standards. Starting with my baby mysteriously losing her screw back earrings. But the last encounter validated what I was thinking. We get to the facility at exactly 9:32. While my baby and I stand at the door the rude and unprofessional staff just sit there and don’t even have the dignity to acknowledge us. Another staff member pulls up in a van and as she had to pass us to get inside, I asked her to inform the director/manager Melissa and/or Shannon we’re here and if one of them could speak with me. So, after about 5-10 minutes she decides to walk back to the door stands there as if she is a bouncer/security guard blocking kids from entering she states oh one of them isn’t here and the other one is on a call. So, I say well I’ll wait for her to get off and she responds no she is going to be on the call for hours. So, in other words this individual who is supposed to be the leader of this center makes the conscious decision to close her doors and disregard infants/babies as well as parents because of their arrival time. This unacceptable and very unprofessional especially from a place that is supposed foster an environment of compassion, care, and a sense of belongingness. The babies are not employees and the goal should always be to nurture their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. But apparently treating kids like employees is common with this organization as another parent had the unfortunate discovery of learning her child was scrubbing the restroom toilets. I was very much misled because this is not the environment I was told my kids would be in when enrolling them! Take your kids to Goddard or Playhouse somewhere that has integrity and actually cares for the children not just their to make a profit!"
