"I am extremely disappointed in the overall experience here. There is a lack of communication and overall feel as though the care is subpar."
"I am disappointed in the lack of communication regarding prices. Several times this year we have been surprised by charges when our children have not attended ChildTime."
"The first time around, pretty good. We used to rave about you and recommend you to others. This time around, average at best. Subpar at times. I do not recommend when asked."
"Horrible. Only reason we have not withdrawn is because everywhere else has a long waitlist"
"Good experience because I can see my daughter through live streaming and environment look clean and safe but since she moved to the new class I receive little updates, don’t have a relationship with the new teachers and the director perform very poor customer service and support to us(parents) plus little to no responses through the app"
"We love the teachers they’re so friendly, constantly engaging in conversation or concerns about behavior. Management seems a bit cold sometimes but I understand the pressure and stress that comes from that job."
"Compared to the previous school my child was at, Childtime is 10x better. The security in place is comforting. The teachers for my child’s class are all welcoming, engaging, and share updates about him. It’s easy to communicate through the SproutAbout app and also in person. I love the social interaction my child is receiving and the lesson plans set in place. I’m highly satisfied with Childtime and my child’s educational and social development."
"Overall it was a great experience until the new director came. Teachers who had been there 15-30 years left once she was hired. I’m not sure why big red flags aren’t flying with her but she is destroying everything that made this center amazing. Francis is completely unprofessional and has no clue how to manage a childcare center."
"The school was initially amazing when Ms Amy was the director. Once she left, the school raced downhill until recently. Ms Frances is trying to build the school back up. However, our directors have been constantly changing so I’m at the point where I’m very guarded instead of open like I used to be. Our children would bond with teachers and directors who would suddenly be gone and you never knew who would be working the next day or if the school would stay open. I’m hopeful this will continue on. Also major shoutout to Melissa in Preschool for her amazing dedication to the kids."
"I’m not exactly happy with this school but as wait lists are long, I have no other choice than to stick it out until a spot becomes available elsewhere."
"It is conveniently located, but other than that I don’t like leaving my child here any longer than I have to. The number of times he has gotten hurt in the short amount of time he is actually at the daycare center make me feel like I need to rush to get out of work to make sure I pick him up as soon as possible. Both parents work and can’t pick him up from school which is the only reason he is still enrolled."
"It has gone down a lot since Amy Parvez has left. We love the staff but things just keep getting worse and worse. We appreciate the efforts to improve but it is getting discouraging."
"I love the teachers and the interaction my child gets to have. They always seem excited to go to school. I do wish there was a reminder though about payments BEDORE a late fee gets tacked on."
"If you asked me about this school 3 years ago, I would've raved and told you this was the place to have your children enrolled. However, this past 1.5 years has been beyond chaotic. Can't keep staff or a permanent director. The place is falling apart and it breaks my heart to have to consider leaving. Help this center!"
"At this facility there has been multiple leadership (management/director and assistant director) changes. It certainly has impacted the support and morale of the staff. The changes are very abrupt and noticeably impacts the center in every aspect which in turn impacts the care of the children."
