"I loved the program and had no issues with the infants room. Once my son moved up it has been nothing but issues. Sure, he is happy to go and all the teachers seem to love him. However, there are weekly incident reports. He's constantly coming home with bite marks and sometimes even bruises. There is no or minimal engagement such as activities, crafts, reading books, working on using sign for those who can't communicate, etc. I feel at this point like we're paying for a glorified babysitter that I can't fully trust. I feel like I constantly have to check in on the live feed to make sure my child is being treated okay and not being ignored or assaulted by other kids."

"Overall I have been pleased with the school. My daughter loves her friends and seems to have great social interaction and has learned a lot while attending. I have been upset to hear different teachers on different occasions yelling at children in a way that is unnecessary and am taking note of that."

"The teacher at pick up in the infant room was amazing. The transition from infant room to toddler room was confusing as everyone had different timelines and procedures. One of the teachers/assistance had a horrible attitude towards me the last few morning of drop off in the infant room. And it made me question whether I really wanted to stay. The teacher in the toddler room however is amazing. She is always posting photos and videos and my son is learning sooo much from her, this is the only reason it would break my heart to leave. But the lack of concern or understanding for what we have been through in the little time we have been there and at the tail end of the extremes of the issues at large, is quite disheartening and frustrating. We chose here as they seemed amazing and we do not have family help here and we did not want to leave him home with someone as we wanted him to have the interactions with other kids his age."

"Overall amazingly above my standards. I know my child is safe and cared for while having lots of opportunities to express her independence and growth. I am grateful for the hard work the teachers put in. I love seeing how my child is doing throughout the day with the updates on the app. I have heard the video app will be starting soon and that helps give parents a piece of mind to check in on their littles throughout the day by live feed. My child's knowledge is growing everyday as she comes home to tell is what she learned. This has been a wonderful traditions from where we have one from in the past."

"Been great so far. Only concern is sometimes there are so many kids in one room and other kids get shuffled around a lot. I understand they need to meet ratios. I just home all the kids also get some individual attention. All the teachers great us each morning and evening and make us feel welcome."
