"We used to love Childtime. We are grateful you were open throughout most of the pandemic. We've been at CT since we moved to Canton in 2017. It's so disappointing the last few months plus the upcoming few months when both of my kids will finally age out of it has been so unpleasant. We're only staying because of necessity because our school age son needs a ride to and from school and there are waitlists to other centers. As of the last message from management, you're anticipating to go back to closing at 6pm as of 1/9/23. That is the most non-committal and callous answer ever, clearly not showing care for anyone other than your bottomline, not for the kids and their friends and us as parents."

"Overall our family loves this school. I feel my child is safe and being well-cared for. He learns a lot and has fun with the other students. The teachers do a good job of having a variety of different activities throughout the week including music class, arts & crafts, imaginative play, outdoor play etc. The only negative is since COVID, there has been higher staff turnover. I don't feel that we know the current leadership as well and wish they were more accessible. It would be helpful to have more structured time to speak with leadership and teachers, such as parent/teacher conferences or an open-house, as opposed to having to catch someone to discuss an issue at busy drop-off / pick-up times."

"Our overall experience with the center is positive. The director and assistant director are wonderful, but they are basically the only staff we’ve been able to develop a rapport with. Due to pandemic regulations, we don’t enter the school and don’t have interaction with our children's teachers. There is an overall feeling of disconnect not having daily interactions with the direct caregivers of each child. I wish the staff was more proactive with introductions and had stronger communication through the resources available (brightwheel app)."
