"So far everything has been great"

"One of my GREAT friends work there and she said that the director hides incidents for certain employees. She is racist and constantly talks down to her employees “because she can”. When she doesn’t think anyone is listening she is talking badly about the children and their home life. She is money hungry and the only thing she cares about is how much she makes. I wouldn’t send your child here. Half of the teachers wouldn’t even send theirs here because of her. "

"My son’s teacher was very responsive and caring with my baby. The director was attentive to my feedback and very helpful."

"Depends on the caregiver. A lot of the caregivers who really did activities and cared for children have left the company."

"I love my baby’s teachers they are kind and have built a great relationship with myself and my baby. I have no fear of leaving my child in their care"

"Everyone in the staff is super nice and willing to talk to the parents. They take plenty of pictures and update on sproutabout so it doesn't make me personally feel like I am missing out on things. I am happy with my LO being there outside of illness concerns. Plan is to be here for a while."

"Our experience had a very rocky start given lack of communication from my child's teacher. I feel there was a lack of compassion for the children from a specific teacher. I heard more than one teacher yelling at the kids within the first week. Management handled the problem although it did happen again. From my observations, the specific teacher is no longer there. Since then, the experience has been better."

"Infant room was fine. The toddler room is a disaster. Not enough room for the kids to play. Food is thrown away while the kids are still eating. The caregivers aren’t engaged. One caregiver who I don’t think is still there was extremely rough with the kids."

"Our overall experience has been great. A few minor hiccups on the administrative end but my daughter loves going every day and her teachers have all been absolutely wonderful with both her and us."

"In general this school is a warm, nurturing environment for the kids. They now seem to have a bit of curriculum in place to help prepare them for kindergarten. They have also had some unique activities scheduled from week to week to help keep things exciting for the kids which makes it easier to entice our daughter to be happy and excited to go to school. Just wish the class size was a bit smaller."

"Some staff is friendly but a lot of teachers in the class are not. Never introduce themselves and don't seem to care much about collaborating. Hard to keep track of who the main teacher even is. I don't know who that is right now. But I really like Ashley and the team lead."
