"I have had a great experience with the school. My child is in infant care and the teachers are very attentive and caring to the babies. The teachers have great communication with the parents through in person interaction and the SproutAbout App. I love that the app offers live video to view your child in their classroom."

"I am answering specifically on reference to the Bel Air Junior Kindergarten experience. My biggest issue is lack of consistency. There are several different teachers in and out throughout the day which does not create a stable environment for my child to thrive. I believe this negatively affects my child’s behavior and listening skills. It also appears that there is no schedule that stays consistent from day to day. I believe my child needs more structure. I was told this program would provide that, but I have not seen it. There was more structure in the preschool room. I am satisfied with the education aspect of it. I believe my son is learning a lot, but I am very concerned with his behavior."

We are first time parents and this is our first experience with a daycare after keeping our son home with us for his first 16 months of life due to COVID.
