I've really noticed that he's been learning words and how to express himself. The teachers engage him and keep him active, even when he refuses to nap. They are patient and I can tell that they really care."

The new staff is less diligent about updating the app with meals, naps, potty, etc. and do not change out clothes or bibs as frequently when wet/soiled. "We have sent all 3 of our kids to childtime and have been a part of the family for almost 8 years. We have seen many growing pains at this particular center and they are doing an amazing job now! Becca is fantastic, Miss Cindy is a great teacher! They have always treated my children like their own and are very professional. I can’t speak for the new director as I haven’t interacted much yet but they are doing a great job overall. We love Miss Sam and Miss Sierra who are my sons current teachers. They have done a great job making their classroom inviting and safe. My son is really flourishing in the twos room."
