"1 star is being generous. I saw all the reviews, meant the teachers and read all the paperwork. We thought this was a great place...WOW were we wrong! 1.5 weeks later and we have un-enrolled our 8 mth old daughter. First, they were not using her diapers/wipes we packed. This is not only stated as what to bring but also our daughter has sensitive skin. We brought it up and requested to please not more than once. Then no phone calls, emails, nothing we bring our daughter home and go to change her for bath time. We were horrified to see not only her whole area covered in a deep red rash(was not there that morning) but what looked to be burn marks on the outside of her groin area. We immediately called and had a call returned the next day. We were told it was an allergic reaction to something. We showed her pediatrician and a few other doctors and all said those look to be chemical burns. BURNS! then 2 days later we pick up our daughter and she has a gash on the bridge of her nose. We have seen this "teacher" use any wipes to clean our childs face and when addressed was told her bag is in the other room. LAZY! Added bonus was when we went to get her the "teacher" (we will be kind and not say her name) was on her phone leaning on the door, back faced to my child. My child was 5 or so ft away from her sitting on the floor her back to this "teacher". At that point I was done. When all of this was brought up to the director in a professional and respectful way she denied all of it, played dumb, and said youre un enrolled have a great day and hung up. Yes hung up without warning. NEVER SEND YOUR KID HERE. My daughter is only 8 mths old. We paid to be in the infant program for her to learn and grow. Instead this was 1.5 weeks of hell for her. I am outraged, I am hurt, and I am appalled a director that truly cares about kids would not care at all what is going on. J doubt she was ever played with and if your teachers are anything like the one on the phone then i feel sorry. This is a time of learning not to be neglected. This facility clearly does not care about kids, their well being, or safety. I do not want to see what happened to our daughter happen to anyone else."

"Overall, this school has been great. The only issue we experienced was when our child was in transition to the next class. She was pulled from her class and when my husband and I were checking the camera's we could find her. We had to call the school to see where our child was, I would recommend an email or a call to the parent(s) to let them know that they may not see their child because of the transition and slow integration. I feel that letting the child test the waters was GREAT, but the parent(s) should have been informed first to avoid any panic."

I drive 28 minutes to get to the daycare and 32 minutes to my job daily.it’s worth every minute to see my daughters happy when I drop them off and when I pick them off. It’s they way they make my kids feel! They are always so cheering and loving ! That should say a lot about this location!"

The teachers go above and beyond in all areas of comfort for your child and communicating quickly on how your child is doing throughout the day. "The director and one of 2 assistants are great to talk with and develop action plans with. Previous staff were very involved and engaging. I cannot speak for the new teacher--who has been there for nearly 3 months in this particular classroom. And shouldn't there be TWO teachers for a class that size?"

"Great daycare! We feel truly blessed to be able to have our children attend ChildTime of Arlington. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and whenever I check in on my little ones using my WatchMeGrow app they’re always interacting with the kids. The only thing I would recommend would be more educational games/activities."

"We are very happy with the changes that have been made. I toured this school a year ago and was not happy with the messy entrance and dirty classrooms. It was very dark and un-inviting. The new director seemed to make a lot of changes that i am very happy about. We have now chosen this school for our son and will start on Monday because of these changes! The new director was very busy but did introduce herself and seemed friendly and responsible unlike the last one. Thank you so much for providing all the amenities you do at still an affordable tuition rate. We are very pleased."

"this was the first school I stopped at for the day. the first ten minutes I knew this was the school for Baylee. I did still stopped at two other schools close by and for sure they was higher in price plus I didn't feel like it was the right one. even Baylee didn't get engaged like she did at childtime. once I get my total enrollment fee I will be enrolling Baylee to y'all's wonderful program."
