"From my experience as one of who worked in this career for 13 years.I have seen high qualified teachers, friendly and caring. They have clear cirruclum and the art of keeping the children busy all day with high educated learning resourses to be well developed on all areas."
"Love them. They truly care. One thing I would love is to know what my son ate or didn’t eat in the notes."
"Overall great school. We have watched are first born bloom into a young, bright, loving and energetic kid with all the teachers she has had. We have had a great experience thus far with our son thus far, whom which they give so much love and care to."
"Have watched family and friends children attend child time and now my child is there haveing the same wonderful experiance"
"My daughter has been at Childtime for about a year and a half. Each of her teachers has been so caring and have helped to progress her learning. Staff is always willing to listen to any concerns or questions. My daughter is comfortable going to daycare each day and we know she is safe and secure."
"From the beginning everyone has been so welcoming and they go above and beyond to know each family and their child(ren)."
"Staff is very welcoming and warm: always happy to see my child and greet her by name ."
"her teacher Miss Desiree is doing an excellent job with her transition."
"This daycare has ruined me for any other daycare facility. They are top of the line in every way. The teachers treat my daughter like their own and know her nearly as well as I do. I hope every parents can find a place they love and trust to care for there children as good as Childtime on Vly Rd."
"Great staff and management"
"I love the teachers and staff at this campus. Teachers do lots of sensory activities with my infant son and it’s so great!"
"General experience has been great. They get a ton of creative things to do here throughout the year. I feel safe with my kids there with all of there safety protocols in place"
"I am very happy with the care my son gets while there. He only comes two times a week but in those two days he seems to come home with a new skills (abc, number recognition, weather, etc) I also am happy with the socializing and that they are preparing him for when he attends school. My one complaint is that I notice his current teachers say he ate all of his food before they even have the kiddos sit down since I have seen it on camera a lot. Then I notice he didn’t eat everything. I would prefer they be honest if he didn’t eat because I can give him more food ik the evening."
"We have had very different experiences so far with our 2 children. The oldest has had a lot of teacher turnover and has struggled with these changes and having lots of unstructured downtime. He does not seem to be offered as much engagement whereas our younger child seems to be offered better activities and more engagement during the day and seems to be thriving on having those opportunities. We have consistently struggled with teacher communication. The only communication we receive is standards updates in the app (food, toileting, activities) and messages that are incredibly negative. They do not share any positive or fun things he did when we pick him up or through the app."
"Childtime of Albany is a good school. It is pricy in my opinion and for the money, I would expect the lead teachers to at least have a college degree although NYS allows a HS Diploma person with a few credit courses or certification to become lead teachers.Breakfast and Afternoon snacks could be more nutritious (more fruits and veggies based and less empty carbohydrates)."
"Overall experience has been great. The staff does a great job of communicating about our kids days and their developments. And they’re so sweet to them - always paying attention to their needs and making sure they’re comfortable. Our kids love their teachers, it’s a joy to see them light up when they walk into the classroom."
