"From the moment I spoke with Ms. Heather on the phone, I felt at ease. I knew I was placing my child in a friendly environment. Ms. Julie, Ms. Heather and all of the teachers are always so pleasant! From drop off to pick up, we are always greeted with a smile and hello! The staff is very responsive to my questions on the app and the response is very quick. They welcome my questions and concerns and have made things a lot less stressful from the childcare center we transferred from. I appreciate the health notifications that are posted when there have been confirmed medical issues, especially with COVID. They disinfect the children’s areas. The health of the children placed in their care is important to them. I appreciate the dedication of Childtime period to the health and safety of these vulnerable children, ie putting vaccination protocols in place. I love the Childtime we attend!!! I highly recommend them!!"

"Several times I picked up my son he had crusted booger’s left in his face for hours! The directors never go into the rooms to check on the teachers and students. The directors are more worried about money than what is actually going on with the children. The teachers curse and talk about sexual acts in front of the children like it’s nothing. This location hardly focuses on education. "
