"I ordered the Plantronics BackBeat Pro wireless headphones via Amazon from CTI. The sent me used headphones that were filthy and had obviously been used and worn. Skin flakes on the ear cups, fingerprints, etc. The box was unsealed and the accessories had been tossed in a bag outside of the orig packaging, inside the shipping box. The boxes internal packaging showed damage as well. When I called CTI to give them a chance to make good, they didn't offer to ship/expedite a new replacement, instead simply offered a refund. I found the same item at B&H for less and it ships out today. I feel their customer service was lacking as there was no apologies and no offering to make it right with new product being expedited. How can you ship used filthy merchandise that you advertise as new?"
