"I've ordered from another branch of CNC stores before for a component rack and it went flawlessly. This order I placed was for a Coat Rack(Powell - Barrier Reef Coat Rack) from the main cncstores.com site.

I received an order confirmation shortly after placing the order on 10-19-07. About a week later I received a shipping confirmation email. When I looked up the tracking number it had the wrong destination and an ETA arrival date of Oct. 30th. I actually received it today, Oct. 27th but the online tracker still shows as in transit.

The item was easy to put together but I was disappointed in the quality. The base wobbles even after making sure the floor was level and putting a piece of felt under one leg. I will have to find something thicker to stop it from wobbling so much.

My biggest disappointment was on the pole part of the rack. It has 6 small holes that I cant fix. It looks like something was dripped on it that made the small holes. This item received high marks in all of the reviews I read so I think I just got a bad egg. Unfortunetly I flattened and discarded the box so I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging the item."
