"This is the absolute worst retailer ever. I placed orders back in late november, early december and as of yet have not recieved them. I recently cancelled my orders and have had no refund given to me yet. I have called thier #, which is a voice mail #, many times and have written numerous emails to which they havent responded to. This is a buyer beware website. I am now having to dispute this charges with my credit card company because of their lack of customer service. I would not reccomend this site to anyone, it is the with out a doubt the worst seller i have ever come into contact with. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else."
"I ordered a laptop from the this company and have not recieved the laptop nor have I received a refund. They had assured me they would refund the money because of the bank problems on thier end. I have since found out that they have similar complaints from people all over the country for the same thing. They even go through the same cycle of excuses about once every 6 weeks. do not buy anything from theses people. Numbers for contacting people no longer work and they do not return emails."
"I bought a P4 3.0 and they never got back to me... I bought 1 computer and two was showing on my account.. I was trying to contact them to cancel 1 of the orders, but never got a reply from them, ( I sent emails for 2 days )... finally I called the number on the web site... a guy answered the phone and said that CPU-PARTS had moved 3 weeks ago, he gave me a new number ***-***-**** but nobody answers!!
Then, I went to their web site and send a message as if I was a new customer trying to buy a computer ( I used a female name) they did reply back 5 seconds later!!!! Can you believe that? They are a big scam!! I cancelled my credit card completely to prevent them to charge 2 computer $999 each) to my account! ...after sending a request to cancel my orders, they send me their new phone number... ***-***-****... I didn't even called.

"Most likely a con operation: prices too good to be true, took credit card info, never delivered anything, kept ignoring customer service emails. Only have online chat support, which is always answered by the same person 'sam'. Takes 3 days to get through the chat session. "
