TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN

"I placed a pretty simple order of two sets of wheel spacers for my mustang GT. The item did not state Out of Stock like other items so I assumed they were in stock. I waited one week before reaching out because the items still had not shipped. Never got a response to my first email. Sent another email a couple of days later. STILL NO RESPONSE. Tried calling... NO answer. Tried the chatbot.. NO ONE AVAILABLE.

I waited the rest of the week and sent two additional emails tried calling two more times.... Before I felt like I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from this place.. All the struggles people have these days and when the consumer finally chooses a place to spend their money and the company just ignores them...?? If they are closed for COVID, the staff are out sick, a death in the family... its all good! THINGS HAPPEN. But there is no mention anywhere on the website about being closed, or out of business, or anything else of the sort. Totally unacceptable.

I have spent the last 6 years building my 350Z Nismo and I just got my first Mustang which is bone stock. I have a ton of purchases to make for this thing and not a single one will ever be done though www.CJponyparts.com.

Good luck to the rest of you who decide to give them a chance.

worst place ever should be shut down

"i ordered over a thousand dollors in mustang parst for my customers insurance company to repair his 66 mustang car has been here over a month waiting for parts i payed for... no answer from the 1800 number and getting the run around over e mails still no tracking or parts compleat scam shouldnt be aloud to operate"

Not good

"Let me start with this CJ pony parts their customer service is lousy And they are 0 help I ordered these wheels over a month ago I used my affirm account to make monthly payments on these items they told me it would take a week for them to get in well it's been a month and I have already made my first payment through affirm and no wheels I asked to speak to a manager I also ask the customer representative to give legendary wheel a call to see what the ETA would be all I got from the customer service representative was the runaround it is next to impossible to get CJ Pony Parts on the phone these wheels with taxes cost me $900 plus dollars I don't think it's fair that they do business this way now I'm struggling to even get a refund I think that I will start buying my Mustang parts somewhere else and I will never buy wheels from this place again beware of CJ Pony parts and their customer service"

CJ Pony parts is one of the worst in customer service

" CJ Pony parts is one of the worst in customer service I have ever dealt with. Their culture is to outright ignore the customer. There is no way I will continue to do business with them. If you do, good luck if anything goes wrong. I am amazed they are still in business. Buyer beware!"

Horrible Contact Experience

"Was billed for full invoice and then billed again for shipping and handling on their backorder. Called and was put in phone due for 131 minutes. Tried the "Chat" and waited forever. Advised he would email a return authorization "when he got a chance". Couldn't print the chat conversation due to their software issues. Overall, giving them one star is being generous

UK customers don’t bother

"Bought products using debit card. They took the money, but then emailed me telling me I had to pay within 3 days now using paypal. No refund, no products, and took 3 emails over 3 days to get a reply, which just said ‘you need to use PayPal’. Order has now been cancelled. Still waiting on a refund."

Scammers

"I ordered three parts only two showed up. I called cj pony waited on phone for an hour to hear someone say I’ll check with manufacturer cause they should’ve sent the part, so meanwhile I’m emailing back and forth with customer service rep who doesn’t have a clue!! After two months call manufacturer who said CJ pony cancelled invoice and kept $549 They’ve got the worst customer service ever!!! This was my first and last time, I’m sticking with American Muscle"

STAY AWAY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

"I ordered Parts in beginning of June. End of August they are still not here. I have tried calling and nobody every answers. I finally received an email saying they were shipped. Now they say the were shipped to wrong location. (Shipped to somewhere in California and they can't seem to find them. They were supposed to be shipped to Arkansas.) Now they say they can reorder them, but now they are on back order and won't be here till October. I cancelled order today. I ordered same parts from Summit Racing last night and I already having a shipping confirmation that parts will be here in 4 days. If you do not believe me, PLEASE go to their Facebook page to read all their reviews. You will see they have done the same thing to many others. I wish I would have read others reviews before I ordered. If I did I would have already been finished with my Bronco. This place has a great looking website, but when it comes to customer service and receiving parts they are a JOKE. Remember reputable companies don't take your money until parts have shipped."

worst customer service I've ever experienced

"I’ve sent 6 emails through the website over a 3 week period without any response.

Tried the live chat on the website which was useless did not put me in a queue and did not have an option for my issue.

Also I don’t have time to sit on the phone on hold for over an hour, which the wait time seems to be every time I call

I received my order 7/25/2020 which consisted of an oil pan swap kit and an oil pan gasket, the gasket arrived broken no big deal it happens, but no response after 3 weeks I find ridiculous.

I know plenty of guys with fords that I will definitely be telling about my poor experience with this company.

They do not want your business

"Ordered two parts, they will only ship to the address on you credit card. I called Customer service, and changed the shipping information, told them I still needed the part, and they cancelled my order. No call, No email, No text. I am a first and last time customer.

Stay away

"Stay away. After a very large purchase ($6k) for my friend’s mustang, they won’t send the parts, return the money or answer phone calls. It’s been already 40 days since the purchase, and I don’t have the money or parts. I waited 3 hours on the phone and they hanged up on me. Stay away from CJ pony parts"
