"Had mostly ok experiences until recently I had 2 bad ones in a row. Bought Skyrim on Xbox, they supplied a pc code. They’re not interchangeable but can be redeemed in the same place, so I only found out after redeeming. Trying to explain this to support was almost impossible. Got a refund 2 months(!) later. Used the refund to get PSN credit, but didn’t get the key for 12 hours…"

"I purchased a "Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Digital Download Key (Xbox / Windows)" VPN key from CJS CD Keys and it would not activate after following their instructions using the Egypt region they supplied.

I tried multiple VPN's and different methods befiore I contacted them for a refund.

Here is a summary of their diablical customer service:

After requesting a refund they emailed me and said "Upon further investigation, this game is intended only for Xbox platform and not for PC" despite it clearly stating that it is on their site and "If you have not activated the key yet, I can put it back for re-sale. Once sold and activated by the next customer I can process refund back to your account." I was obviously not happy about this because it could take months to be resold or never get resold and I would not be able to check.I also quoted their refund policy
“If, in the unlikely event you receive a key that does not activate your game, or you experience any problem with activation, we guarantee the product by ensuring you either receive a working code, or a full refund." I got a response saying I do understand your frustrations, but we do not normally refund on collected keys as per our terms & conditions. 2.1. Products guarantees, returns and refunds:For game and software codes, once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind." I told them again that it CANNOT be activated because of their mistake so should be refunded immediately.

To cut a very long story short and after numerous emails and me persistently quoting their own T&C's and proving that the key CANNOT and HAS NOT been activated by me because of their mistake they just went ahead off their own back and put it back on resale without my permission and have not given me a refund to date."

"I bought a "Gears 5 CD Key For Steam" and they sent me a link to a shady page from another domain that asked me to enter my Steam credentials (!!!!!). Of course, I refused and asked their support to either send me the right product (the CD Key I bought), or to refund. They denied both. We went back and forth (I have the full conversation) and while they admitted that what they sent me was not what I bought, they STILL refused to refund me. I warned them, waited 3 days and started a PP dispute that's still ongoing. I'm yet to get a reply/resolution from them, it's like they're hiding their head in the sand and waiting for this to blow over. So I'll use that time to tell everyone to not fall for their bait and switch."

"Very long customer service response after the game I purchased had already been redeemed by somebody else.
I refunded it eventually but they still took £1.00 off the total.

Use CDKeys in the future, this is just not worth the struggle. "

"I paid for a Xbox Game Pass code. The code I was provided from CJS-CDKEYS was invalid, showing as already redeemed. When I contacted them, instead of offering assistance the first level support response told me I must have entered it incorrectly. When I used screenshots to prove them wrong the next level of "support" sent me a long list of requirements that I was expected to use my time to complete, providing them screenshots of every bit of my private Xbox account, my bank history, my Xbox account history and numerous other requests that accused me of lying and having to prove my innocence that I'm not a theif.
I'm not, and I'm out the money CJS-CDKEYS actually did steal from me. "

After contacting support, and waiting about 2 weeks, they provided another GIFT link, which I didn’t even try, and in the PayPal ticket, which I’ve created to get my money back, they accused me of using it. Scammer “company” don’t trust them."
