"i made an order on the 4th. i also made a order with extremepsi. good place btw. and theyre stuff was shipped to my door in 3 days. regular ground. ci motors has yet to send anything. i have tried every single way to contact them. yet i have no contact. im wondering if the better business buro would do anything. luckly i only ordered a manual boost controler."

"Same deal with everyone else. They sent me a damaged set of rod bearings and I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get the RMA procedure. The last email said "sure, go ahead and send them back", but i'm guessing they're assuming i'm responsible for the shipping costs back to them, but I haven't heard since that for a week.

I have a set of pistons on backorder now - I have been trying to cancel them for the same amount of time since I received my damaged rod bearings and like others said, good luck getting them on the phone or via email. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from this company.

"THIS COMPANY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH IN PERSON. THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS AND YOU CANNOT CALL THEM BECAUSE YOU GET AN ANSWEING MACHINE THAT IS ALWAYS FULL. THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WAY BEFORE THEY SHIP AN ITEM (IF THEY ACTUALLY SHIPPED THE ITEMS.) WHO KNOWS BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCCESSFUL WAY TO CONTACT THEM."

"Part was back ordered and they didn't call. They don't respond to emails or voicemails so save yourself the trouble. You will have to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone. After 3 weeks and no part I had to get a refund"

"Slow shipping, Never picks up phones and replys to emails. Lies about shippment dates. give faulty usps tracking numbers. So far this is what I have had from CI and still no product after 4 weeks. Only 4 hours away"
