"I purchased an item from Chinaewindow.com and it arrived on time, however the item was defective and did not exactly match the description on their website. I contacted them to let them know about these two issues and told them I would be returning the item for a refund. They said that they would not allow a refund, even though their website states that they will. Very unhappy with the product and the service I received. Buyer's beware!!"
