"I shopped at Cesell.com more than a year ago. I had good experiences. I bought two network controller cards in urgent over the weekend for new servers, the order arrived Tuesday AM as promissed. Now the servers are running and my boss is happy... They really kept their promise for same day shipping. Thanks!"
"Warning!!! Stay away from this company. They don't return phone calls or answer the phone, nor do they reply to email messages. I placed an order on 7/2/09 and as of today, July 11, no response, no tracking number...but they were quick to take the money from my account.
Paypal was able to refund my money and CeSell contacted me to ask me to remove this posting. They should have delivered the promise their website makes about same day shipping. The items were out of stock and the experience was a complete waste of time."

"After two other online retailers completely failed to provide an 8800GT, I tried CESell. Their prices, service (including the time it takes them to ship), and selection are good. Unfortunately, the item they sent me was completely different from the one pictured, although it matched the stated product code.
Granted I should've checked with the code beforehand, but clearly CESell shouldn't have used a different product's picture. As they didn't reply to my email on the subject I don't know whether they intended to mislead customers, but I imagine so."
"horrible experience. my package was very time sensitive, but they did not contact me to let me know they wouldnt process because of billing/shipping difference. after a week I had to call THEM to find out what was going on, they didnt leave any voicemails, or emails during that time. they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, they cancelled my order when I didnt even ask them to! I was left with no product, and I missed an international shipping deadline beacuse of their service. STAY AWAY!!!!

"This is the first time I placed an order through Cesell.com. Based on this experience I will have no reservation about ordering from them again. The order was placed Sunday August 5th at 9:09pm. I received an "order processed" acknowledgment at 9.11pm On Monday August 6th at 10:19pm I received the UPS tracking email from Cesell and the package arrived by 7pm on Tuesday. I am in California so the fast turnaround is understandable. The product was exactly as stated and the price was the best. I shop a lot at Newegg and Cesell's price for this item was 26% less than Newegg. So for price and delivery they beat Newegg hands down at least for this product. Great job Cesell!!

"found a wintv tuner card at a great price. so i ordered it and everything seemed ok. the next day i saw that it was "deleted from the database". so i called to find out more about it. the customer service rep couldn't tell me any thing and told me to call back in 45 min. i called back 50 min (trying to give them time) and still they had nothing. 2 hours later i find an e-mail saying that there was a mistake in the order and they do not carry that product anymore.
it was nice to get the e-mail, but i find it to be a little like bait and switch. i'm glad that they logged me as visiting their site. to bad i would never shop there again."
"cesell.com had the best price for the new case I wanted. Online Ordering was easy and I had the new case within 3 days. The website is neat and clean with a good selection of products. I will definately be back and have already passed the site along to others. "
"I ordered 3 4GB Flash drives, and paid via paypal. Shortly after my order was place, and email confirmation sent, and order status listed as processed, I noticed that they had increased the price of the same flash drives by $120!!! Then a few moments later, they changed the listing to "sold out". 4 hours later I receive an email stating that they are sold out and are not going to fill my order. This is obviously a scam or an unreputable seller. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Wonder of wonders, this morning they put up another 4GB flash drive, this time the price is $39.00. I looked up the part numbers with Verbatim to see if they were the same flash drive. The "manufacturer" part numbers that CeSell has listed are not even for the 4GB flash drives. The part number I bought is for DVD's and the one that is currently up is for a 512MB flash drive. There is something very wrong here with their business practices."
