"Buyer beware. CDROMUSA shipped me the incorrect product (an International Version of Windows XP instead of the advertised USA/Canada Version). When I contacted them to ask about obtaining the correct product, they simply sent a Return Materials form which required that I pay 2-way shipping for their mistake. They refused to respond to emails asking additional information."
