"having read their outstanding review posted by other buyers, I decided to give them my business. Ordered 4 items on March 7th for a conferenceon March 17th and was informed a few days later that one of the items was out of stock and would be in on tuesday, ok fair enough. Sent an email on March 13 asking about the status of my order. Email response was "[i]shipment didn't arrive until late Thursday and not on Tuesday as I was told [/i]", an email here would of been appreciated :) I explained them that I need the cdrs by tuesday to burn and stamp them. CDR Outlet came through with next day air, today at Tuesday 16th. It was packed extremely well, nothing was damaged.

i purchased 175 full-sized jewel cases to restore my music collection. the bulk nature of this order demanded that i do thorough research on the price of jewel cases. local retailers sell full-sized jewel cases at about $0.50 a pop. costco wholesale doesn't even stock them anymore. cdroutlet.com had it worked out to something like $0.24 a pop. now this is a good price when you're buying 175 of them.
unfortunately, the cost of shipping and handling increased this price to about $0.39 a pop, but this isn't cdroutlet.com's fault. this is because i live far away from florida. it still made better sense to purchase from this company -- although if you live on the west coast and plan to order a large package, be aware of these shipping costs.
