The director is understanding and listens to our concerns and tries to fix any problems we have in a timely manner. The location is really convenient for us, and we love the ability to check in through the day on the live cameras to give us reassurance that our son is ok."

"Leaders of the school ALWAYS fail to return calls when issues are brought to their attention. They can never seem to get the bill correct. They misapply payments regularly. They leave infants and toddlers is soiled diapers for extended periods of time. The district manager doesn’t care either, not just the onsite staff."

"Overall had an OK experience. This school is great for flexible schedules, but otherwise I'm not impressed with the overall learning. Other than a select few teachers who truly care, I honestly don't know what my child did all day. No idea what they learned for a timeframe until one teacher stepped up to make more learning activities. The infant teachers (expect for a few) often left my child on the ground crying. Couldn't even tell you my name, and honestly I could of walked out with any kid because they didn't even bothered to ask. Bullying was a huge issue that took over 6 weeks to correct. Overall I would not recommend as you can talk to them about problems until your blue in the face, but nothing gets corrected."
