"Amazing facility, I had my heart set on it even without a tour. The director is doing a PHENOMENAL job. She knows exactly what needs to be done when and how to handle any and every situation and I believe that is what has really kept me worry-free about my child’s care. The teachers are amazing - caring, interactive and dedicated. Ms.Annabelle and Mrs.Shahla are exceptional for the classes they teach!"

"Infant 1/Infant 2 (6wks-1yr): Don't enroll your child during this age! Aleishia is the teacher in this room & she has no business working in childcare. She is rude to parents, ignores the kids, & just chats with the other teachers all day. The babies are in the bouncers or the high chairs literally all day long. They didn't want to feed my child her bottle because they didn't have time and also said that they are too busy in the morning so they didn't want me to hand off my child to them at drop off (she had separation anxiety so I wanted to make it easier on her). During the tour they tell you that they hold the babies, sing to them, read to them, & use sensory sticks. Nope! Your baby will sit strapped in a bouncer crying for hours at a time. The babies are neglected & my child is literally traumatized by the Infant 2 room. The Infant 3 teacher tells me how much my child hates that Infant 2 room. When she has to go back in there in the afternoon, she just cries & wants out. The Infant 3 room for children over 1 yr old has been wonderful so far!! Mrs. Becky is very nice, responsible & caring to the kids. She has a schedule & keeps the kids consistent every day. They play music, dance, sing, play, & have circle time where the kids learn shapes, animals & colors. She sits on the floor and makes herself available to the kids at all times for hugs, cuddles, or to take a toy and explain the texture, color, etc. She & her co-teacher Patrice truly are wonderful! I can really tell that these teachers care about the babies and they work hard everyday to make sure they're taken care of. The last thing I want to note is that the teachers at this daycare have a bad habit of picking the kids up by the bicep area of the arm & slinging them 2-3 feet to move them out of the way. I saw it happen yesterday when my child didn't want to go in the Infant 2 classroom. Then she was left crying on the floor. They need to be trained to pick kids up under the armpits & move them gent"

"We love the teachers and director. My child, however, has been extremely ill since starting in June 2019 (now Jan 2020) off and on missing on average 4-7 days a month of daycare. They have called for me to come and get her from school on multiple occasions as well because she had become ill. While I appreciate the concern and most certainly will be happy to accommodate, I still pay a full weeks tuition which is not cost efficient. I not only miss work (and pay) to pick my child up and keep her home, I'm still being charged for the full week of services."

"I recommend this school often to others, real time camera surveillance is a plus. Love popping in to see what my child is up to. Teachers need to work on hygiene. Noticed some teachers walking around school with shoe covers and then walking right back into infant room without changing shoe covers. Also need to start washing kids hands before mealtime. Also, noticed how my kid is always super thirsty when I pick him up from school. They need to offer toddlers their sippy cups more often or place in a designated area where they can reach it."

"Don't waste your time. This place does not have adequate supervision nor does the Director know Minimum Standards let alone follow it. My son attended during the summer and I had to argue with not only staff but the Director on why you cannot walk out of a room with children in it and leave them unattended regardless of age.
