"Experience has been mediocre. Starting out, the building lacked security and was not fixed for weeks at a time. Multiple times per week I walk into the building and there is no adult at the front - literally anyone can walk in without an administrator noticing. I've received emails from The Children's Courtyard about how safety is top priority, but many times I've been able to access the children's area without an adult even seeing me walk in. The door has been fixed (it now locks via code) but it is still unsettling that this was allowed to drag on for so long."

"All staff are phenomenal!!! I could not be more pleased with every interaction I have. I can tell how much my kids love their teachers and vise versa. From day one they treated all of us like family and do so much for the kids. I can not say enough good things about everyone there. The older kids teachers love on my younger son, and the younger kids teachers love on my older. It is so special."

"I was super impressed with this center for the first year. The last three months has been the complete contrary. From sending my daughter home with another child’s pacifer, to sending her shoes home with other toddlers, allowing her to walk on the playground barefoot as a result, coming home with runny noses, being bit twice(once in the face and one on the arm), and the lack of teaching in the classrooms. This is not what we signed up for. Often times we have logged into the cameras and the kids are just being watched. At the rate of tuition this is a complete disservice to parents and it should not be acceptable. At this time me and my daughters mom have made a decision to disenroll our daughter in the upcoming week. "

"Our 1st visit with the school was great! I was still pregnant but we were checking out school's prior since I was returning to work. It was strange times due to Covid 19 but the school took all the precautions when reopening the school and have been great with keeping up the safety protocols. We love seeing Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Margarita, Ms. Roselvyia and Ms. Quanika. The fact my son has a smile on his face when I drop him off makes my mommy heart happy because I know the ones around him while I'm away nurture and care for him."

I think the center staff and teachers have done an excellent job at keeping everyone safe and healthy to the best of their ability during this pandemic and we appreciate them so very much. "First of all I wanted to say thank you for Ms. Quanika for providing a clear communication to us during the school shut down. I liked enforcement for hand hygiene. The safe environment for school is the priority. I wish school, director, or teachers could enforce more of face mask policy to other parents who are not following the rule. I see parents not following school instructions for mask policy when I pick up kids or drop off time. No one seemed to mention to them. The focus of school re-opening was safe environment, I feel that director and teachers doing good job to keep up, I appreciate it. It is summer time and I wish school could push more education part, such as such as learn numbers math, spelling and projects. My overall experience to this school is good. I wish EPS/Toddler class teachers would stay longer."
