"The overall experience has been good. Only major issue comes to not understanding pricing and fees that are charged. We always pay a large summer fee in addition to $25 a week and I don’t see my child actually getting $25 worth of activities in those weeks. They occasionally have activities but often is just a fun activity nothing big"

Then you have miscommunications often. Because of the miscommunication I almost lost my child care. They’re often short staffed which is something I understand it’s happening worldwide but it leaves the children to be shuffled around classes and a higher chance of catching more viruses."
