"The Children’s Courtyard has been an amazing place for our son’s care! I could not say enough good things about the staff, his teachers, Miss Carmen, Miss Dianna and Miss Ronisha! ARE AMAZING TEACHERS! They’re super caring, understanding, loving with all the kids in the classroom! I have full trust in the school. Every time I have a concern or question is answered or taken care of immediately or in a timely manner. I’m extremely happy with the professionalism of Miss Ryann and loving personality. She cares about the development and safety of the children and has always been a supportive person to my needs by providing a comfortable space to breastfeed my son and looking to improve this space as well :) .. I highly recommend this school to anyone who’s looking for a safe, loving, and supportive environment for their children!"

"Started off fantastic. My kids were learning and thriving. Now, because of what I assume are staffing issues, my prek child hasn’t learned any sight words or letter sounds. This is NOT the teacher’s fault! Tuition is going up but employees are decreasing. That’s ridiculous. We are seriously looking for other school options."

"I like it so far. The teacher is very patient and understanding. Makes me feel comfortable leaving my child in her care. Opportunities for improvement: I do wish we’d be able to see them on the cameras at all times and not just in the classroom and that they had more staff at the front desk available at drop off and pick up times."
"Overall it’s a great facility. I truly feel like they care about my daughter and communicate effectively with me daily. I love all the updates I receive throughout the day about my child. I do like the staff to child ratios and the attentiveness the teachers provide to the kids. I love that everything is included it leaves me stress free throughout the week not having to worry about packing meals, diapers, snacks, water bottles or milk. It’s so easy!! I am very happy with the care my child receives. I love the small class size too."
"Little frustrating with the lack of communication at times and the high turn around in staff. Also, I feel other schools are promoting more educational based projects to prepare kids for entering the K-12 school system and they do not stress this. Feel they do not prepare the kids for entry into Kindergarten based on the curriculum they teach."

"Lots of changes from Kiddie U to the Children's Courtyard. Sad to see the Kiddie U teachers leave. I kept my children enrolled at this current center due to my positive and warm experience with the previous school. We love Ms. Denise, Ms. Teo, Ms. Jasmin, and Ms. Magalis, and Ms. Teresa, among other teachers, and will hope for them to stay under this franchise."

"We always had great experiences with the school until it was sold. Then a lot of teachers left, and things changed. Mrs. Denise is awesome and help anyway she can. But it above her the issues of the school. This is my second child in the school, and I can se clearly the difference on both times at the school."
