"The staff is warm and welcoming. Since day one, everyone has made sure that my child felt comfortable being in school for the first time. I appreciate that the staff make it a point to learn the students and families names. If I have an issue or a concern they are willing and helpful to provide a solution."

"The first week was rough. It was his first day/week and he was all over the place. he was running everywhere and making a mess. the teachers seemed frustrated with him. Then, he got covid, flu , ear infections and pink eye. He was out for a couple of weeks. there were so many kids in the class where it seemed hard for the teacher and the aid to really connect with the kids. There was also frustration with not having a permanent teacher for a bit. Now, my son is blossoming. he is growing and following directions, he doesn’t have tantrums and he really likes his new teacher. I was worried about the transition but he seems fine."

"Overall, I love Teresa and Meka and I absolutely LOVE the infant room teacher Cheryl's Brown. The assistant director and director truly do listen for the most part. I just wish they were more consistent in what they put in place in terms of what their teachers do in the classroom, academically. And Cheryle Brown has made me feel so comfortable since the day I started. She even keeps up with my daughter as she moves to different class. She shows that she genuinely cares for my child."

"It has been great! I enrolled my baby at 3 months old. She had never been watched by anyone but myself or my husband, not even family members, so there was a lot of anxiety at first. Her teachers have been amazing since Day 1. I love the daily app updates, and the ability to view her on the video feed. Surprisingly, I get so busy with work, I only check on the video a few times a day. It's nice to feel so comfortable at this point to where I'm not watching her all day long as I expected to. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, and I appreciate everyone. I have no complaints at this point."

"Overall good school, but we don't agree with the school's way for charging tuition.Parents are charged even when the school is closed. E.g. Professional day, school is closed but you're still charged full week's tuition. Not all parents can stay home with their child when school is closed for staff training. You still have to find child care for your child these days at ANOTHER cost to you, meanwhile you have paid a full week's tuition and still being shorted one day (in essence you are paying double for one day).Fast forward thanksgiving week, school is closed both Thursday AND Friday, however you're charged FULL week's tuition. Yes thanksgiving is holiday, but what about Friday? Some of us still have to work, AND therefore find childcare coverage for Friday that is NOT a holiday; whereas school has charged you a FULL WEEK'S tuition.The school should not pass on to parents the cost of paying their staff to have these days off.Also, I haven't heard of or been invited to any PTA conferences in 8 month"

"The infant teachers are beyond this world! My baby loves Ms. Monica, in particular, and it warms my heart to know that she's now more comfortable with me dropping her off in the mornings. She's eager to get into the classroom and be amongst her friends. My mind is at ease when I do look at the camera throughout the day and I see the warm, loving, tender care the teachers provide to my baby."
