They have a weekly schedule that lists all activities of what the class will be doing and reassures me that the children have a full day being educated and taught basic motor skills with fun activities involved as well. The downside is there are staff members (not all) that need some practice with professionalism and communication. It’s unsettling walking in a setting full of attitudes."

"With one or two exceptions, the teachers in this school are doing the bare minimum to meet the basic needs of the children. There is little to no nurturing and empathy and little to no child/teacher interaction beyond diaper changes and feeding. Children are often left to cry without anyone to comfort them. There have also been a number of times where the classroom is out of ratio, which raises safety concerns."

"We had a rocky patch until Ms. Natasha took over as director. She was fantastic and has done so much to make this school a more enjoyable place. Ms. Rene has taken over since Ms. Natasha was promoted and I have every confidence in her as well. She is very capable and always makes me feel comfortable. When my child is out sick, they check up on how they are doing through the app. Some of the listed covid protocols seem to be slightly more for show than strictly followed. Makes me a little anxious, but I understand there is difficulty in following everything 100% when it comes to managing so many children and parents."
