"There are not enough teachers and the current teachers are overwhelmed. Not only do they have to engage with the children but they have to constantly clean up after them which takes away from the time that should be spent with the children so the children don't get enough attention not for lack of trying by the teachers but theres too much to do and not enough hands. Many times if a teacher leaves early or comes late the children have to sit in a buggy at the reception area. Thats not ok"

"The director and management team are terrible. They are rude and disrespectful. If you have a concern they say they will look into and never get back to you. When I follow up, they become upset as if I am being a problem. The teachers are far from professional and need more training. The director does not address complaints with staff because she never has enough staff. Director has been over heard using the N word as well as saying that families that receive state assistance makes it hard for people like her. She's just unbelievable but when you need a place for your children to attend while you are at work, what can you do accept continues as if it does not concern you. One thing I have never been able to figure out is what supervision is really being provided since management never gets off their back sides to do anything other than sit at the desk, gossip about families and sit on their cell phones. I have many concerns. I've reached out to the big boss and he seems not to care. He was not interested."

"I like that the school has online viewing and the app to keep me connected with my child which is one of the main reasons why i have stayed with the school. Some of the staff seem to be more involved with each other then the parents sometimes it has a high school feel to it. they dont interact with the parents too much. sometimes if you ask a question to them or the director they give of the vibe of your bother them. (There are some amazing teachers like Ms Mariah shes great)"
