"Horrible. I would’ve been taken my kids out of this daycare but can’t find another one without a waitlist for both. They need to make the hours 6:30-6:30 again because that is what I signed up for before Covid. Covid came and left, they need to go back to those hours. I have the same job before Covid and after. My hours haven’t changed but the school opening and closing times have and it’s unfair and inconvenient. Improve communication between parents and teachers. Hire good quality knowledgeable teachers. Clean clean clean the facility. Lower prices because we are definitely not getting what we pay for. Move kids up. Disinfect after changes, throw up, snot etc. Implement a decent dress code. Pay attention to kids belongings. Have some respect for parents and their privacy."

I was hoping find a warm, welcoming environment for my child to learn and play but there are so many staff in and out and often they are just watching the children not interacting or teaching. I also expected the classroom to be cleaner and more up-to-date. The tour was misleading and some vital information was not communicated prior to enrollment. We don't plan to stay. I have already resumed my search for care."
