"I don't like being nickeled and dimed for EVERYTHING. I pay a fortune, and I have to pay extra all the time. And there is next to no communication about all these extras. I have to go out of my way to ask what is going on in order to attempt to get information and even then, the information is sorely inadequate."

"We've had a generally positive experience with this school and we understand that our kids have unique special needs. that being said I feel like a handicap ramp out front isn't a huge ask in 2018 there have also been multiple instances where are lactose intolerant child was given foods with milk in it because the teachers failed to remember he couldn't have them. we've also had three instances of communicable diseases transferring to our home because my children have weak immune systems I would like to hope there are no anti vaxxer parents in our community but if there are I feel the school owes me a due-diligence report that my kids are being put at risk by some of the population. also I find the play yard is not adequate for handicapped kids but I'm sure we're working on that."
"My lowest ratings are because our baby has a new teacher who has not made individualized lesson plans for her. Our child is 7 months old so the learning and physical developments don’t apply yet."
"Overall I like this daycare. My daughter is learning quite a bit. The teachers are great and the director and other front desk personnel are accomodating and friendly. My main issue is food as mentioned above. Also, the outside activities should be limited to times when the UV index is low to prevent sun damage."
"A lot of issues with no one knowing the answers to the questions I have. Pricing issue with what I signed and agreed to and what I am actually paying. Communication is given for things that don't work. But I love the teachers and what they do for my child."

Food is awful and I wish they had more nutrient dense options. For what we pay, it should be better. Super expensive and they frequently as for more each week for various things in addition to tuition which gets old and even more pricey."
