"I would NEVER RECOMMEND this facility. There is no way the children are being supervised here, and the staff are not honest when an incident occurs. My son had multiple bloody scratches all over his face (both eyes, cheeks, multiple nose, between eyebrows, above upper lip) when I picked him up. There could not have been an adult present with the amount of scratches that he had. He was not given first aid, and I was not contacted regarding the incident. The blood was already dry so it had not just happened. I was told they didn’t have towels for me to clean the blood off his face. They offered me baby wipes instead…Baby wipes for open scratches?!?! The receptionist was doing the communication, and the teacher remained teacher silent. The director never contacted me regarding the incident after I requested to speak with her."
