"For the most part, we love the teachers at South Hulen CCY. They take our concerns seriously and they love our child. Our child is happy to see her teachers every day, and they seem to enjoy her too. My main complaint is that there are teachers (not my child's teacher) who yell in their classrooms. I have reported it and the director responded quickly, but it has continued to occur. I feel really sad for the kids in that class(es). Otherwise, we are comfortable with the curriculum taught, safety observed, and care given to our child."

"I love Ms. Crystal. She is so kind and loving toward my grandson. We use CCY on a drop in basis when he visits me and she is always welcoming and loving to him. He loves going and adjusts so easily now. She informs his friends that he is coming and they are excited to see him. I appreciate that so much."

"I really thought I was bringing my child to a great daycare especially the chain size of how big this is but it wasn’t what I was expecting, very disappointing staff seemed to have an attitude with you when I would raise a concern. Saw other teachers yank pull arms of other children and yell it made me worry for my child. If they acted like this in front of me imagine how they would act when I couldn’t see."

"Teacher is doing her best. She is exceptional and trying her best with the kids. I believe there should more help throughout the day. The children are unattended when the teacher has to take time to clean sweep during and after meals. And when the children are going to the restroom they are unsupervised. Some of the teachers do not engage the children at all. Most of the staff is polite, some staff do not speak. Concerns me when they are dealing with my child. Classrooms are dirty at times and have urine odor. Food options can be better."
