Mr. Alex is really great with the kids and our son thinks the world of him. Ms. Ruby's Spanish class is something we really value too."

"We appreciate the the staff that we have come in contact while being at Children’s Courtyard. It is evident that with the turnover, the emplotees who stay are truly the best and care about our children. It is so nice to walk in each morning and night and know that your child has been taken care of and loved that day. We will continue to tell families to go there based on our experience. The people that work there are the reason why we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We see a difference in our child and others that do not have the social growth and interaction that our children get here in their classrooms."

"Overall, we are satisfied. Our kid loves his teachers and going to school everyday. We’ve only had a couple of complaints.1. Why does no one ever wipe/clean their noses? Our kid has a crusty nose most days when we pick him up.2. There is one teacher in EP1 that does not respond to kids of color the same way she does to white kids. My wife and I have both watched this on the video stream. She is not one of the main teachers, she is only in there occasionally. She is younger with blonde hair. We have both seen her ignore kids of color, including my kid, and immediately fawn over a white kid. Otherwise we are satisfied with the school and program."

"Teacher turnover should improve, documentation should improve, playground/outdoor area needs to improve, kids should be told to wash hands after playground/before meals. kids need at least 20 minutes to complete lunch. Feedback from parents should be obtained more frequently."

"Director is great! The Hulen center is terrible. The director never handled my concerns and her supervisor within 5 min of my conversation suggested I move. You know there is a problem there when that is the soluntion. I never felt heard at Hulen or with the district manager."
