"The teachers are wonderful and do their best to take care of the children. They do need to have more support in situations where a child is attempting to hurt them or the other students. It should not have taken over 30 minutes for an aggressive child to be removed from the classroom after assaulting the teachers multiple times and other students as well."

"My son has been at CCY Hope Mills for a little less than a month and it has been a completely enjoyable time. He was at another CCY location (Raeford) and he was having trouble with the site. The staff and director at the Raeford location are an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyone. I think they should be investigated based on my ONE week experience with them. I've heard they have been investigated and nothing has changed. Many families have left this location. The staff at the Raeford location do not care for children. I'm not sure they even like children. The Hope Mills location, on the other hand, has been extremely pleasant, professional and encouraging. The director is very responsive and kind. The teacher is very kind and concerned about all of her students. I never want my son to leave her classroom. My son is cared for and he has made friends quickly, in my opinion, thanks to his teacher's style of classroom management and interest in the success of her students."
"Most days I walk in to teachers yelling across the room at children. My child has been bit twice (which I understand happens) and sent home with no underwear or a diaper on twice within a week. Most days it feels like a factory line assembly being run. The communication on the app isn’t the best and is very inconsistent within her classroom. She’s safe and not neglected, but I would love to see a more secure, nurturing, and educational environment for my little toddler. These years are so important!"

"I love the teachers. I just wish the front of the house was more welcoming to include whoever’s office is up the right if the front desk. They never recognize anyone coming in or leaving. A two second hello or have a nice day would go a long way."

Everyone makes you feel warm and welcomed and that is a plus for me my child was learning sight words and reading at home and her teachers have been helping her now that she goes here now too.
