"Purchased Canon 7D on Ebay from CCR Camera, Ebay CCR810.
Page clearly says "Authorized Dealer, 1 year Canon USA warranty".
In order to get manufacturer's warranty camera has to be sold with warranty card. So I called before purchase and was assured that camera will be shipped with the warranty card.

Camera arrived WITHOUT warranty card.
I called next morning and was told "We apologize for mistake. Here is 3 year warranty for your trouble". I said "NO" I want real manufacturer's warranty and not your fake 3 year warranty.
Okay, in this case we will send UPS to your door to pick up the package and as soon as we receive it we will send you another camera with the warranty card by 3 day express shipping with UPS. Next day UPS picked up the package but as soon as they received it they called me to tell me that they are canceling transaction with the full refund. At least communications are good.
I got my refund today on Feb 5th.
My thing is this: they lie about being Authorized Dealer and lie about warranty. In my book it is called FRAUD. They have the same address as Broadway and Prestige camera plus I received one of the emails from Dbuys.com
Broadway camera just got 50 fraudulent feedbacks removed from Resellerratings.com
Those poor folks who bought ton of camera stuff from these camera stores are not even aware that they have no warranty.
That is not right!!!!!!
