"I bought a motorolla h670 through amazon. It arrived DOA. I returned it in early january. After three weeks, I called up, and asked where it was. They said it was shipping out that day, and it hadn't been in stock, even though their return policy says that they will email the customer if there is a problem with the return. I had to pay for the return shipping on it, along with a delivery confirmation number. I called up 5 days later asking where it was, and they said that it was shipping that day. 4 working days later, I called up and asked where it was, and according to their tracking number, it was delivered three days ago. It was not in my locked mailbox. I filed a claim with Louis at CCM, and he said that I had to process it at the post office. I spent two days getting a claim number with the post office, and called up and talked to Louis again. He said that he'd immediately send a replacement for the replacement that never arrived. 5 days later, no replacement showed up. This was now late February. I was tired of dealing with them, and asked for a refund. Louis said that he could refund the purchase price, but not the shipping (even though it was defective, and I had already paid to ship it back). I asked how long it would take for the refund to process, he said 24 hours. 3 working days later, no refund, called up again, talked to Louis, asked where my refund was, he said it didn't go through. After threatening to go through Amazon to get my refund, he refunded the purchae price into my amazon account while I waited on the phone watching my account, and did not hang up until it cleared.
Their stated policy is to contact them for resolution and allow them to rectify the situation before leaving any negative feedback
In doing so, they outright lied to me multiple times, gave false information, possibly comitted mail fraud, and I ended up losing 13 dollars in shipping over three months, when in the end, I was forced to buy a different model at Best Buy.

"I purchased an antenna, coaxial cable and related equipment for my wireless modem. Although their web site specifically stated that certain cable adapters were included with the items I purchased, the adapters were not included with my shipment. The company did not respond to my e-mail. In a telephone call, their representative was not helpful, but blamed the problem on the manufacturer of the equipment I purchased. They left me with an antenna with no way to connect it to my modem. I ordered the missing adapter from another store, resulting in another charge for the adapter plus shipping costs, and a two week delay in getting my antenna operational."

"I purchased a NEW Plantronics 350 headset. I recieved the order a few days later although the item had clearly been used and returned. I cleaned the ear wax of the headset and gave it a go. As I suspected everyone I talk to tells me they can't heard and I keep breaking up. CCM ACCESSORIES states NO REFUNDS on phones, sale iyems, or accessories. BUYER BE WARE! SELLER gives you murchandise that is defected and return and does not stand behind thier product!"
