"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Leased an ice cream machine through this company and when it eventually arrived it turned out to be faulty. Clearly second hand and even sent a replacement part which was coated in someone else’s old food stuffs when they supposedly ‘repaired’ it!
Took nearly 2 months to get a replacement over our busiest time of year and we paid the lease during this time for a product that didn’t work.
No communication, explanation, or apology from this bunch of chancers despite numerous emails and phone calls.
Dreadful service and a disgrace in their field.
You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping off small businesses!

"I chose this company because I was promised a new commercial dishwasher would be delivered the next day.
It was 4 days before it came, and Buzz just said it wasn’t their fault and blamed the delivery company. After installation I found the machine kept tripping the electrics, so after a further call and I was made to pay £163.75 to get an engineer.
They took 4 more days to arrive and tell me the element was faulty at manufacture.
Now told they are too busy to sort my problem now and hope to later today also and that they can’t make outgoing calls because so many are coming in – so I have asked for this one to be collected and my money back.
If you have problems - you will not be allowed to talk to a director and as they work from home and can only be emailed. So, in the absence of anybody in authority who cares I write this review.

"Bought a glass washer from this company , never worked from when it was delivered , was installed by a plumber , who confirmed he was faulty , phoned the company who insisted it worked , how would they know if never came to look , after many phone calls and discussion , they are not willing to do any thing to resolve the primblem , I am in the process of suing the company , please read all reviews on buzz catering services , on many sites , you will find I am not the only one having serious issues with this company , margaret storer , white swan Doncaster "
"Bought a commercial glasswasher from this site. First of all when i went on the site i was really impressed with the way it worked... very easy to find what i was looking for. They even had a neat little video on there of the machine working which was more than i had seen anywhere else. Still wasn't too sure on buying it though but i rang up the company and got through to someone straight away (no long hold waiting!) and they told me loads about the machine and persuaded me. It came promptly and i haven't looked back. Great machine, great experience. Definitely recommend."
