"About a 1 1/2 years ago I bought an Adobe CS6 Master Collection Suites from buytechsolution.com. The other day I created a pdf file and then got a notification from Adobe saying my software was basically no good because it wasn't a regulation version, or basically a version approved by Adobe. I tried to go onto the site and got an error message every attempt on every page. The phone number is also out of service. So now I basically have a $12,298.28 piece of software that's no go and I can't even complain to the company that sold it to me. Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you"

"Beware! Buytechsolutions is scam. They sell cracked software id number. You never will be able to register to your name. They provide technical support which connect directly to your computer and bypass registration process. They never told you that when you buying. I contacted Adobe and requested to register my new software and they check my software ID number I received from BuyThech and told me its registered to someone else. So your download may work, but you never have ownership rights. Buytech do not reply to my complaint. Don't buy or stop your credit card as fast as you can. If you have such problem, you can chat with virtual girl "Lucy Cade"all day with no result. Nobody ever will contact you to resolve problem as she promised."
