"I ordered docking station and stuff rom Buysfun.com, and after paying by my credit card, I was surprised to get an e-mail from PayPal, which had no description of the products ordered, had company name in Chinese characters, and no refernce to any contact information, neither from the chinese company, nor from the PayPal. Since, I am not a member of paypal, it was not easy to contact paypal either. Paypal does not make it easy for people make inquiries or make a complaint or dispute or report a possible fraudulent activity. Be very very careful of verndors who use paypal. Before Ordering any thing on the internet, make sure vendor has a physical address and contact numbers etc easily available on the vendor's website. Had I noticed beforehand that BuysFun.com has absolutely no contact info on their Website, I would not be writing this review this moment. After about two hours of reserach, finally I was able to find PayPal's number and able to speak to a person, who would not give me the name or number of the vendor. That is right Paypal was giving my money to them but would not give their name to me. At the end this person transferred me to an other person who initiated a dispute process. I am told it could be from ten to 30 days for dispute to be resolved. I hope I get my money back. When it is over, I will let you know how it turned out.
Last but not the least, I would like Paypal not to use text in Chinese letters in their receipts, and provide vendor seller and buyer, all information in plain english, if they are accepting American dollars from the buyer."
