Need quality Asian Blu-rays/DVDs at a great price, BUY at BUYOYO!

"I've been purchasing my Asian Blu-rays at Buyoyo for almost 2 years now, and I've ALWAYS been satisfied!
My questions have always been met with courteous and prompt customer service. Their products are of great(and legit) quality, and are VERY reasonably priced. The shipping may be a bit slower than some other sites, because I believe the movies are requested through a third-parter distributor, rather then sent from "in-house". So, you have to wait on that shpiment turn-around. But, for being able to stock-up on movies at low prices, I don't mind the extra wait. Plus, there's nothing sexier than a box of Brand New, top-quality Asian Blu-rays showing up in my mailbox, without breaking the bank! ;)

I LOVE Korean cinema, and find that it WAY cheaper buying the Chinese version of the movie, rather than the original Korean release... movies from Korea are way outta my budget. Plus, I think that most Hong Kong distributors do an amazing job on the Blu-rays transfers of Korean, Japanese and Chinese movies. To date, I have yet to be disappointed in anything I've bought from them. Especially, Vicol/ Delta Mac, Universe and Panorama... all top-quality stuff!

Buyoyo? Definitely recommended!

"On February 1, 2013, I ordered two blu-ray movies from the Buyoyo website; their price was well below other sources, and they also had a seemingly positive seller presence on Amazon. Although I did receive notification of my payment through PayPal, there was no word whatsoever from Buyoyo; since the information on their website could not provide any shipping details regarding my order, I questioned them via email on February 28th and again on March 6th. No response.

On March 9th, I filed a PayPal dispute. The next day, I received a message from David Ho, Buyoyo Customer Support. He stated that it had been shipped on February 4th, and to be patient; sorry, but I have never had a package take longer than 10 business days coming from Hong Kong. The tracking information provided did not work, despite my asking the seller multiple times for a current status; I did notice that the ship date listed on the PayPal site had magically been changed to March 10th!

On March 27th, I escalated the dispute to a PayPal claim. On April 2nd, PayPal decided in my favor and refunded my payment. I never heard another word from Buyoyo, and nothing was ever delivered. Since they are currently selling products on Amazon, they must be a legitimate company; however, this experience has put me off ever considering another purchase from Buyoyo. Not recommended!
