"I ordered a product from buyonemall on 9/2/09. It was sent it to the wrong address. I have contacted them several times and was told to check the post office. Did this and they said they would have sent it back. Since there was no tracking number there is no other means to locate it. Sent them an email today but as yet no reply. They have no telephone number for customers to call which is frustrating. Will never do this again."
